The Finer Side provides wedding planning, coordination, and related event services. The specific services, deliverables, and fees for your event are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.
Bookings & Payments
A signed agreement and any required retainer confirm your booking and reserve your date. Fees, payment schedules, and due dates are set out in your agreement. Retainers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are described in your service agreement. Please notify us as early as possible; some fees and third-party costs may be non-refundable once incurred.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to requests in a timely manner, and meet the payment schedule in your agreement so we can deliver our services effectively.
Third-Party Vendors
We may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors such as venues, caterers, and photographers. Those vendors operate under their own contracts, and we are not responsible for their products, services, or conduct.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to The Finer Side and may not be used without permission. We may photograph events we coordinate and use those images to promote our work unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Finer Side is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
